Who said weddings could only be in the evening?! Bride, Veronica, stepped out of the wedding norm, and hosted her ceremony in the morning. It was in South Lake Tahoe, at Zephyr Cover right at the shore of the lake. This location was PERFECT with the bright blue water and snowy mountain tops in the background. Truly, the perfect backdrop for this wedding. After the ceremony came to an end, we walked a few yards away to the tea party reception. There were vintage furniture to sit in, breakfast was being served, and each guest walked away with a vintage tea cup.
As the day came to an end, we drove a great distance to the brides favorite cove. Thankfully the tide was pretty low allowing us to have a little private beach to photograph at. The water was teal and had such a tropical tone to it, even though Lake Tahoe water is FREEZING! This brave bride was willing to kick off her shoes, roll up her dress, and walk in the cold water to climb a rock just to capture golden hour.
I had so much fun capturing this unique wedding in South Lake Tahoe.
