If you are looking for a great beach location in San Diego, Windansea in La Jolla is a magnificent spot. I highly encourage all of my clients that want a beach shoot, to choose this location. There are a lot of reasons I love this beach compared to others in the San Diego area. The first thing I love about this beach are the rocks. They give a really unique opportunity for shooting. It allows us to have something other than just water, and beach in the background. It’s fun to walk on top of the rocks, and even lean up against them for more unique poses. The other benefit of the rocks are that it makes it feel less busy. Typically when you shoot at the beach you are dealing with large crowds of people.
