Half Moon Bay is an amazing backdrops for engagement photography. There are a lot of different styles and textures throughout the town, but my personal favorite places are the beaches. Redando Beach, Half Moon Bay, is next door to the gorgeous Ritz Carlton Hotel. It is a bit of a hike down from the cliffs to access the beach. I do recommend bringing a flash light if you plan on shooting on the beach fr sunset. the hike up the cliff is steep, so wear comfortable shoes. There is a little reef along the shore thats great texture for your engagement photos. A spot for your couple to sit and interact with one another. Redando Beach has some of the most colorful sunsets in Northern California. The best part about living in California is that winters are cold, but not uncaring. This shoot was taking at the end of winter, pre-Spring weather in California. The ocean water in California is never warm, but it was a perfect temperature for all of us to slash around in!
